How to Book

Step 1

Fill in the information required and submit the booking form.

Step 2

Once we receive your form, our staff will send you an invoice containing the deposit payment and the final amount due.

Step 3

A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required to secure the booking. We will send a confirmation after receiving your deposit payment .

Step 4

Final amount is due 60 days before the tour start date.

60 days or more prior to the departure date

100% of all payments already made (including deposits) will be refunded

Between 31 days to 60 days prior to the departure date

50% of all payments already made (including deposits) will be refunded

30 days or less prior to the departure date

Full amount of the payments will be forfeited

Under the following circumstances, Panagoe Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip:

Extraordinary or unavoidable circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, dangerous weather conditions, and pandemics.
Minimum number of 2 people required to operate the tour has not been met.

In the event of such a cancellation, Panagoe Tours will offer an alternative tour date or issue a full refund of any amounts paid.

Basic travel insurance is included in the tour price. Details of the insurance provider and coverage are as below:

You realise that bicycling is a strenuous activity that requires proper physical conditioning.You should not ride unless you are medically able, in healthy physical conditions and properly trained. You must have acknowledged and accept that all existing risks such as falls, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road.
You are responsible for your personal health being up to the physical demands of the tour.
Make sure to notify your tour leader of any potential issues before you start riding.
Please consult with your medical practitioner if you have any health issues before joining our bike tour and bring along information about your condition so that proper care and treatment can be provided in case of accident, injury, or illness.
Panagoe Tours assumes no responsibility for any medical care provided to you.
